The kenyan Nanny who went viral online, after she was given a very emotional goodbye by her employers together with children, Rossie, finally decided to open up on her life in Lebanon.

Rossie revealed that things were not easy as many people think. She left Kenya to Lebanon to go and look for money to support her children and family.
The middle aged lady revealed that she is a mother of three, and circumstances of life madw her to make a very tough decision which was moving to gulf to search for a househelp job.

Rossie revealed that at the beginning, things were not easy, she battled with loneliness and home sickness, she really missed her family and children in Kenya, she could literally shade tears alone.

She revealed that she was lucky enough to find a very good employer who didn’t mistreat her. However the challenge of missing home, really drained her, keeping in mind that she had left her young children. It was a very difficult battle of mental health and work.
It took time for her to adopt, and her employer tried to make life easier for her, by creating a conducive working environment for her. They were good employers , but she had to leave after the contract ended, she had to come back to her family , because surviving in Gulf is not that easy.

Rossie said that only people in Gulf can understand the situation. They are strong women and they aren’t there willingly, it is because they are searching for greener pastures.
