Nairobi City County Set To Shutdown Pastor Ngang’as Church , Over Unpaid Tax Of Ksh.10 Million.

Nairobi city county is planning to shutdown the Neno Evangelism Church Owned By Pastor Ngang’a, on 21st May ( Wednesday), that is if be fails to pay tax of Ksh.10 Million.

In a video shared on Tiktok by Geoffrey Mosiria, the county officials showed up at the church, and the pastor wasn’t around. They told him via phone call that the church is owing the county Ksh.10 Million tax, which has accumulated over years, because the pastor hasn’t been paying land rates.

They also threatened to shutdown the hotel at the church premises, saying that it is operating illegally. The county has demanded the man of God to clear the tax and obtain all the required documents by 21st May 2025, failure to do that they will close down the church.

Pastor Ngang’a is still in USA, and he said publicly that he will give them one of his cars as a way of paying the tax he owes the county government.
