Thousands of Kenyans Stranded As Police Officers Block Matatus From Entering Nairobi CBD.
The police have now decided to come up with a new way of preventing GenZs and Kenyans from expressing themselves via peaceful demonstrations. They have barricaded all the major highways to Nairobi CBD, leaving thousands of Kenyans stranded at the Matatus stages.
Some of the highways that has been barricaded is the Thika Super highway, Ngong road, Waiyaki way and Mombasa road. They have also barricaded university way in Nairobi CBD.
Along Thika road, hundreds of Kenyans were spotted stranded at Ruiru bypass, the Matatus had decided to park because the police officers have barricaded the roads. They don’t want people to go to town, becat they fear that the demonstration maybe huge.

The GenZs had made it public that they will go on the streets to demonstrate and demand for justice, end of police brutality and of course they want president William Ruto to resign.
