” Nimekuwa Na survive Na Avocado Tu” Ringtone Apoko Opens Up On Being Broke and Depressed.
One of the most famous and celebrated kenyan musician and the self proclaimed president of gospel music industry in Africa, Ringtone Apoko decided to break silence, after being out of the limelight for quite a long time.
Ringtone said all has not been well, and he has been struggling financially, and it was because of the government. Apoko said that the government had frozen all his banks, and all the money was locked inside.
He said that it has took the government sometime to unfrozen his account. All that period he was battling with depression and being more broke than before.

Ringtone said that he even sometimes lacked food and he used to survive on Avocado only. It was like his three meals daily. He said it was a tough time and no one came through for him. All the industry friends were not picking his phone, even the president who is his best friend didn’t pick his call.
He said that he is now back than he left, and he is back to normal, he has money and he is now ready to invest in the word of God and also support the needy.
