Ni Uchungu: A grade Seven Girl Mauled To Death By A Lion From Nairobi National Park

Kenya Wildlife Service ( KWS) has finally confirmed that it is true, a 14 years old girl who is a grade seven pupil, was mauled to death by a stray lion that escaped the Nairobi National Park, around the Savannah Ranch.

Reliable sources, which was a fellow teenager who witnessed the attack, said that the lion attacked the young girl on Saturday evening around 7 PM, while at the Savannah Ranch residence.

KWS raised an alarm and they decided to set a trap as thet track the lion. It was found near Mbagathi river, they successful recovered the remains of the young girl, and the body was taken to Nairobi funeral home. They are still searching for the lion.

The young girl succumbed due to serious body injuries that were inflicted on her with the stray lion.
