In 2022 , Kagendo went viral online after she narrated how she became a millionaire and suddenly started languishing in poverty. The fall of Kagendo was brought about by the illiness she was battling with. She had got a well paying job in Saudi Arabia, but by badluck she developed Kidney failure and cancer.
She was forced to comeback to Kenya and start treatment. The therapy and treatment of this diseases was very expensive, she spend all her millions in the bank and even started selling her properties. Within a short period she had nothing, and became more bankrupt. Dorcus became a beggar and life was very difficult. She was thin and she was almost loosing the battle.
