The pain of the mother, Boniface Kariuki’s mum collapsed after being overwhelmed with tears, on the burial date of his only son, who was shot to death at a close range, by police officer identified as Klinzy Barasa Masinde. The Ambulance rushed the mum to hospital, and it seems like she might not attend the burial of her son today on 11th June.

Boniface Kariuki was her only son, and he was hustling in the streets of Nairobi, he was selling masks during the demonstration period. Boniface was shot at a point blank by Klinzy Barasa who is now facing murder charges.

It is indeed painful for a parent to bury their own children, it should be vice versa, which is also painful. We hope all shall be well for the family, and we wish the family well and quick recovery to the mum, may almighty God give her strength.
