Senator Onyonka: Why Deportation Of Miguna Shouldn’t Disqualify Matiang’i For 2027 Presidential Race

Some reliable sources have revealed that the government is plotting some cases against Matiang’i in order to prevent him from being on the ballot in 2027. One of the cases that they are working on is the illegal deportation of Miguna Miguna, when he was the CS of Interior.

However Kisii Senator, Onyonka, has come out openly to defend Fred Matiangi. According to the senator, that doesn’t qualify to be a strong ground that make Matiang’i be disqualified from running for president in 2027.

Senator Onyonka together with other leaders from Mount Kenya, have joined together, and they have already endorsed Matiang’i for the presidential race in 2027. Matiang’i said that he is ready to face Ruto on the ballot and he is optimistic that he will emerge victorious and change Kenya for good.
