Former Nairobi Governor, Mike Mbuvi Sonko has touched heart of many kenyans, after he decided to come through for the family of Boniface Kariuki. Sonko will give them hearse and all funeral essentials for free, in addition the governor has helped them to clear the budget deficit that was remaining.

Through a phone call with the family, Sonko said that he will transport the body from Nairobi to Kangema via a VIP hearse he acquired recently from South Africa. He will also sent the Sonko rescue team for free to help them with funeral chores.

The family had a good budget of Ksh.250,000, they had managed to raise Ksh.100,000 . The former governor has cleared the budget deficit by sending the family Ksh.150,000. He has also promised to help them with any other bills that they will require to pay, he is very willing and ready to make sure Boniface is given a decent send off.
