A video of a very young and small girl identified as Dotty is going viral online. She is the youngest student Rongo University has admitted this September intake.
In person Dotty is very small and her height has left many people shocked. She looks like a primary school pupil, but in real sense she excelled her exams very well and secured a chance to join Rongo University.
Despite getting all the attention in the school and online, Dotty is not ashamed of her height, and she has been sharing videos and photos online, she is also friendly and she has been allowing fellow students to take photos with her.
She didn’t reveal her exact age, but she is between 17 years to 20 years. She is very optimistic that she will complete her 4 years at the university and excel very well.
