Kisii: Mourners Take Dead Body In A Coffin To Suspected Murderer Home
A very weird incident happened in Kisii County, and it has really caused mixed reactions online. The video of mourners, taking a dead body in a coffin, to a suspected murderers home, is going viral online.
Netizens are still struggling to understand what that meant. However according to the culture of Kisii, and also some tribes especially in Western Kenya, if a person is killed, and residents know the murderer, they will always take the dead body at their home, before burial.
It is a way of casting spell on the entire home, and after that a the entire home is destroyed, and some excommunicated from the society. Killing is a very huge taboo is most cultures.
