    Former State House communication team head and ex-Citizen TV news anchor, Kanze Dena, recently addressed swirling rumors claiming she is battling Stage 4 cancer and is nearing death. Dismissing these rumors as false, Kanze Dena affirmed that she is in good health and living a fulfilling life.
