” Tafadhali Nirudisheni Shakahola Niendelee Kufast” A Man Rescued Cries Out.

The Shakahola horror has been a trending story in Kenya for almost two weeks. Over 100 dead bodies have been exhumed from the area, and it is believed that they are bodies of Pastor MacKenzie’s followers who fast to death so that they can go to see God direct.

The police officers together with the red cross rescue team have managed to rescue a good number of people, but some of them insisted to go back to Shakahola and continue fasting.

A video of Paulo who was rescued from Shakahola has gone viral online. Paulo was admitted at the hospital and he refused to eat, he urged the rescuers and the healthcare providers to take him back to Shakahola so that he can continue with his fasting session.

Paulo said that he is used to fasting, and no one has ever forced him to fast. He usually fast upto the point where God will tell him to stop, he will stop and again wait for the period that God will tell him to fast again.

He said that Pastor Mackenzie is not involved in his fasting, it is God who instructs him. Paulo admitted that he knows Mackenzie but he doesn’t go to his church , because it was locked down several years ago.

He continued by saying that his leader and guider is God and he only fast under the instructions of God. So he urged the rescuers and healthcare providers to stop interfering with his business and take him back to Shakahola.
