Samia Suluhu To Reward Taifa Stars Sh.200 Million If They Defeat Morocco This Friday.
Taifa Stars of Tanzania have received a very huge boost, ahead of their CHAN quarter finals game vs Morocco, that will happen on 22nd August 2025, this Friday.
President Samia Suluhu has promised to reward the entire team Tsh.200 Million if they successful defeat Morocco. This is equivalent to Ksh.10 Million.
The game will be played at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Tanzania, and the government is now urging Tanzanians to buy tickets and show up in the stadium to cheer their team. The tickets goes for Ksh.103, and already some Kenyans are now buying the tickets online in bulk.
Tanzanians are very optimistic with the motivation from Mama Samia Suluhu, the players will manage to emerge victorious. They really believe that their team has all that is required to defeat Morocco, even proceed to Semi finals and finals to win the trophy.
