Murkomen: Kenyans Must Respect The Authority Of Police Officers.
Cabinet secretary of interior Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen has decided to call out Kenyans for disrespecting police officers. Speaking during an event with police officers, that the president also attended, Murkomen said that they are ready to protect Kenyans from rogue police officers, but citizens show also show some respect to the police.
He used the incident that happened in Nakuru where a gentleman was spotted with a Machete threatening a police officer who was holding a gun. Kenyans online cheered the young man and termed him as a hero.
The praises he received online for threatening a police officer, has really pained Murkomen and he feels like it is time for Kenyans to show some respect to the police officers. They are ready to protect citizens from goons who loot things during demonstrations, and also the government will protect Kenyans from rogue police officers who always shot to kill.
