When he met his death on 16th march 2024, whereby it is said he was hit by a lorry that was in motion, Brian Chira is said to be still having a cass in court, that Azziad Nasenya had filed against him.
In 2023, the 22 years old young man was arrested for almost one week, for insulting Azziad Nasenya and even cyber bullying her by saying some weird things about her. Azziad felt disrespected and left the law to do its work.

According to Brian Chira’s best friend Obidan Dela, Chira was always trying to make a call to Azziad Nasenya to forgive him, but all the calls failed because Azziad insisted, she will just let Justice be done by the court.

Obidan said that, now Chira is dead, he doesn’t know how things are done, however he will go to the court to ask way forward, whether Azziad will continue with his case, or she will withdraw it. So Obidan confirmed that upon his death, Chira was still begging Azziad for forgiveness.
