Diamond Platnumz: Why I Will Not Refund Ksh.20.8 Million, I Was Paid At Furaha Festival
Diamond Platnumz finally confirmed that he was paid all the money before arriving in Kenya. He revealed that he was paid Tsh.400 Million which is equivalent to Ksh.20.8 Million and he was supposed to perform 31 songs.
He was ready for the show, but the event organisers messed up with everything. According to Diamond Platnumz he didn’t perform because of the event organisers, hence he is not supposed to refund the money because the event organisers are the one who breached the contract.
He said that they should not expect any refund from him, he showed up at the venue, there were chaos all over and it wasn’t safe for him to perform. This was against the agreement, infact they are supposed to pay a fine for that. He said his lawyers are ready incase of anything.
