The Arrest of the famous Pastor Ezekiel Odero hasn’t been taken lightly by his followers . On Sunday 30th April, The Followers decided to protest outside the New life Church at Mavueni, Which is the church that is owned by Ezekiel.

The protesters were demanding for the immediate release of their pastor, and during the protest, Citizen Tv Journalists found themselves in hot soup. Angry protesters decided to chase them away.
In a video that has gone viral online, the protesters are seen pushing and pulling Citizen TV Camera man and the whole crew, who were covering their demonstrations. They were heard shouting, that they don’t want citizen to cover their protest.

“Tokeni hapa, tokeni, hatutaki Citizen Hapa, kwendeni kabisaa” Angry protesters were heard chasing the journalist.

It is alleged that the main reason why they don’t want media such as Citizen to cover their protest, is that, they played a role in the arrest of Pastor Ezekiel. Remember the whole expose of Mackenzie and Ezekiel , was greatly spearheaded by media, who aired news about the evil acts that were happening at Shakahola.
