Natasha is the 3rd born in a family of 3. She was born in Huruma, Eastlands estates in Nairobi. Lucy Natasha was raised by a single mother. Her parents parted ways when she was still young. Her mother Esther Wanjiru is also a pastor.

When she was young, she had a problem with her speech. A pastor pointed at her, and the stammering problem came to an end. In 2011 She was ordained in that year at Redeemed Gospel Church in Huruma.

Rev. Lucy went to a primary school at Umoja estate in Nairobi for her primary school education. After finishing she went to South Africa where she furthered her studies. Rev. Natasha is a Public Relations and Theology graduate.
