” I Almost Died But Asila Saved My Life” David Wonder Opens Up On Battling With A Deadly Disease.
Former Bahati signee and famous gospel artists David Wonder has opened up on battling with a serious deadly disease. He was at the blink of loosing his life, and gospel musician Bunny Asila came to his rescue, by clearing his hospital bill of over Ksh.500,000.
Despite all that David Wonder is still sick, and he has made a decision to relocate from Nairobi to upcountry ( ushago), so that his mother can take care of him. He feels like his mother will never give up on him.
Speaking in an interview with Trudy Kitui, David Wonder said that he has been battling with Deep vein thrombosis ( DVT) , for three years now. It is a deadly disease, where blood clotting happens in veins. This leads to swelling of legs, then advance to chest, then to the brain, that is how it can lead to death.
He is yet to heal, but he is hopeful that one day he will be fine. David Wonder said that he will appreciate if Kenyans of goodwill come through for him so that he can get better treatment that will see him heal completely. He also revealed that Bunny Asila has promised to continue supporting him.
