As much as poligamy is not illegal in a good number of cultures, sometimes it may hurt some people, especially when the couple didn’t have a discussion about it and all over sudden the husband decides to add a second wife.

Zuhura the mother of five is really going through a very difficult time. The Tanzanian woman is in tears after his husband and the father to her five children decided to make a very weird decision of promoting her to a first wife by marrying a 23 years old girl.

Mzee Makoti decided to use their wealth that they had accumulated for several years to marry a second wife, bought her a mansion and a car. This is something that he has never done to his first wife.
When questioned Makoti said that he made a decision because he was really in love with the lady, and he wanted to marry her and make her happy , the way he did to his first wife, when they were starting marriage life.

Makoti accepted that he used the family wealth to marry the lady but he didn’t use all the wealth. He said that he still provides to his wife everything so she is not supposed to complain.

The 23 years old lady, said that for her she values their love and doesn’t care about the first wife. She said that she is in love with Mzee Makoti and he is a very caring and amazing man, she would like to live with him forever.
She praised him and appreciated him for buying her Mansion and a car. The young lady said that not even the first wife can make her dump Makoti , she is happily married to him as a second wife.
The first wife , said that the young girl is the age of their last born, and Mzee Makoti no longer care about them. He just used all the money on the second wife, bought a car for her and a mansion at the time his family is living in a very pathetic house.

She was very emotional while narrating the story and on how they struggled together looking for wealth , only for his husband to end up using it on a young lady who they have an age gap of almost 40 years. Zuhura said that she will continue working hard despite all that betrayal from the husband.
