The Invasion of Kenyatta’s farm in Ruiru shocked many Kenyans , It was unpredicted attack despite some of the famous politicians making some suggestive statements before the invasion happened. One member of the gang that invaded the farm has opened up on what happened.

According to information published by the daily nation newspaper, which is a reliable source of information, the member of the gang revealed that , they were paid ksh.3000 each and then issued with a Machete, and told to go ahead and destroy the Kenyatta’s family farm.
The destruction saw the family lose approximately ksh. 70 Million. This is after about 1400 sheeps were stolen, dams destroyed , trees cut down and burned , and also the irrigation system of the farm was destroyed.

According to the information obtained from the member of the gang, he claimed that 3 well known politicians were the one who funded the whole attack, he however didn’t mention the names of the politicians due to security issues.
Inspector general of police , Koome has said that the investigation is still going on, and he has assured kenyans that justice will prevail. However most Kenyans don’t have trust in him because of how the police officers slowly responded to the attack.

This invasion is politically driven and there are senior people in the government who might be controlling the police service.
