Don’t be over ambitious when setting your goals. It is very important for you to set workable and realistic goals. Unreasonable and unworkable goals lead to guilt which might lead to depression. If maybe something goes wrong with your goal, please adopt “what can I learn from this”.
- Be Optimistic and stay in the present.
Being hopeful, and staying positive is among the best ways of overcoming depression. Just stay present and practice mindfulness, it comes along with self compassion and self confidence , which helps in reducing stress and unnecessary pressures.

- Regular exercise and eat well.
