Machakos Governor, Wavinya Ndeti is on the spot again, this time round she has decided to spend millions of money on painting murram roads black in her county instead and of tarmacking them.

Wavinya Ndeti decided to set herself up, after she shared photos on twitter, claiming that she is transforming the roads of Machakos county. It is like she didn’t check the photos well before posting, because it was clear that the roads had been painted black.
