Kenyans online, especially on Tiktok decided to throw a shade at a famous NTV journalist, Lofty Matambo after he was spotted calmly enjoying Ugali and Cabbage, while others were eating delicious food.

In a video that has gone viral online, and was recorded by Loftie best friend, Kichuna Fridah Mwaka, she decided to show what journalists eat for lunch at Nation Media.
She started by showing the delicious food of other Journalists, including Nick who was eating Some chapatis, and there was also other female journalist who was eating fish and meat.

However when she reached at Lofty Matambos desk, she was shocked to see the journalist had bought some Ugali and Cabbage. He was very humble and innocent while opening his food. His face could tell that he is just a cool person.

They all laughed at him, mocking him , how can he be a senior journalist and eating only Ugali and Cabbage. Fridah even went to an extent of urging others to give Lofty meat.

Lofty said that is what he could afford at that time, hence he had no option but to buy it.

Kenyans online decided also to bash Lofty, with some saying that he is very mean on himself. Others even asked him to bring a Paybill so that they can raise some money for him to buy delicious meal.
