How Maandamano Made Super Metro Company Lose Ksh.2.7 Million In Less Than 24 Hours.

The Azimio La Umoja demonstrations that happened on 20th march 2022, had negative impacts on business owners and alot of entrepreneurs and companies really made huge losses , in a span of less than 24 hours.

According to the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua, he revealed that the country made a loss of upto ksh.2 billion due to the Azimio La Umoja Maandamano.

On the other hand Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, has urged William Ruto Camp and Azimio La Umoja Camp to have a dialogue because in a span of less than 24 hours, the county lost millions of money, and they were only able to collect 30 Million which is just a half of their daily revenue.

Sakaja revealed that this demonstration will have a very huge negative impact on Nairobi County if they will be happening on weekly basis. The governor urged the president to open room for negotiations.

The famous Supermetro company is also another   organisation that made a very huge loss. According to one of the chairmans of the company, in a span of less than 24 hours, the company made a loss of ksh.2.7 Million.

The demonstration really affected their buses operations and if this will happen on weekly basis then they will incur huge losses.

The company usually spend about ksh.4 Million on fuel daily and on 20th March , transport services were at bay in Nairobi CBD. In addition to this there are several other companies that made huge losses worth millions of money.
