The social media is fuming and people are really butchering Dj Fatxo and his lawyer Ndegwa Njiru online. This is after the two called for a press conference to reveal to the public about Jeffs death and to try to prove that DJ Fatxo is innocent.

However according to Kenyans online, all the statements that were made by Ndegwa Njiru and DJ Fatxo are somehow contradicting to the CCTV footage. Some even aren’t adding up.

In his statement Fatxo said that he left the house with the three ladies, left Jeff in the house and when he came back, he found Jeff was missing, and he immediately went to report to the police.

But this is somehow conflicting with the CCTV footages that have gone viral online, in the footage Fatxo is allegedly seen arriving at the apartment so the body and then went straight to his house. He seemed not to be shocked.
The other statement that wasn’t adding up is that , immediately he found Jeff was missing, he went to report to the police. According to the laws, the case of a missing person should be reported after 24 to 72 hours.

Online netizens have claimed that Ndegwa Njiru and Fatxo did a big mistake of calling that press conference, because whatever they said might be used in the court of law and this might land Fatxo into troubles, because the statements are really conflicting .
