Disability is something that is common in the society and no one chooses to be disable. It just happens and it is something that people are aware of. The nine years old Diella is a small girl who has a very unique disability.

For her there is a thick stretch on her kneck, that makes her look different from other children, who always bully her by calling her a bat.
Speaking in an interview with Afrimax English, the parents to Diella said that she was born in a normal way just like all her 7 siblings. Her mother said that during the gestation period she was very healthy and delivered well in hospital.

However what shocked her is how Diella was different from other kids. The doctor however discharged them and told them everything will be fine and this are things that happen.
For the first two years, it was difficult to take care of her, because she was very delicate. Her parents did all the best to make sure she is healthy.

Upon consulting the health experts, a doctor revealed that disability in children normally happen when the mother had an infection during the pregnancy period and wasn’t well treated.
Dialle took time to be comfortable in school, her classmates and school mates used to bully her. Something that made the parents to go and talk to the school, and the situation changed.

She is a bright girl, however she is prone to sickness, minor sickness. Her parents said that her condition can be treated through surgery, but they don’t have enough money to facilitate that surgery.
The father said that he always show mercy to her, and he knows that if she grows up this way, getting married will be a challenge.
The parents are looking for assistance to fund for the surgery.
