The year 2023 started well, and Kibe was a very big deal in Kenya, despite living in USA. His podcast was receiving praises and also criticism from Kenyans and Africans. Couples were the ones who were really showing hate at kibe , and this led to him loosing all his YouTube channels.

Speaking in an interview, Kibe said that he learnt from social media, that he had lost his channel. He woke up and he was trending all over Kenyan blogs, and people were really celebrating.
He tried to login into YouTube studio and he realised that he can’t access it. That is how he lost all his six channels. YouTube demonetized them and deleted them permanent, and in addition banned him from opening any YouTube channel.
It was one of his lowest moment, but he wasn’t tensed. The content creator said that he was making over ksh.1.5 Million monthly from YouTube. By terminating the channel, that meant that there will be no more money from YouTube.

He went ahead and launched his own platform.The content sharing platform known as Yafreeka. This is just like YouTube and in a span of few months, he already has over 100,000 subscribers.
The application is doing well, and in a span of 1 year , he is expecting to have more than 1 Million subscribers, and start making more millions from the application. Kibe is optimistic and he said s lure that he will make it soon.
