The as he records him struggling to death has gone viral online and it has really caused stir online. Alot of Kenyans have cursed his act and blamed him for being inhuman.

The incident happened July last year ( 2022), the wife died on 30th July. didn’t release that video that time, it has took nine months for the video to leak. The Dj had covered up the story with emotional post on his social media pages, but deep down his heart he knew that he had the capability of saving the life of his wife.

Majority of Kenyans online, including politicians led by Robert Alai have cursed the incident, and requested the DCI to arrest DJ Brownskin and charge him for murder.
However according to Senior Lawyer Cliff Ombeta, there is no offence there, and the DJ doesn’t deserve to be arrested, because he didn’t avail the poison to the wife, or force her to take it . Ombeta said it is a moral issue and there are no charges there.

The DCI is yet to respond to the video, this seems to be an issue that requires deeper investigation , because the reason why the wife took the poison is not known , and also the reason why DJ Brownskin was very heartless and didn’t even show any effort of rescuing his wife’s life is not known.
