Mike Sonko has hitted out at the Outgoing cabinet secretary of internal security , Fred Matiang’i. The former Governor of Nairobi county, has decided to prove to bring back all the alleged bad things that , Matiang’i did for William Ruto.

Through a post on his Facebook page, Mike Sonko said that , when Fred Matiang’i was working under Uhuru Kenyatta he really humiliated the then deputy president William Ruto.
Sonko said that he has a confirmation from Osoro , that one day , Matiang’i texted president William Ruto when still the deputy president and called him an idiot. Sonko said that things have now changed and Matiang’i is humbled under the leadership of Ruto. Ruto is now his senior and he has to address him with respect.
It is true that there was a very huge beef between Matiang’i and Ruto. The main reason why the two weren’t seeing eye to eye is because Matiang’i was the one doing the duties of deputy president.

However now he will be stepping down , because William Ruto is yet to announce his new cabinet. The president has held a first meeting with the outgoing cabinet secretaries at the state house. Matiang’i, Munya and Mucheru are among the cabinet secretaries who attended the meeting.
