Esther Akothee is one of the strongest female artists in Kenya, Akothee is always working out, and this is evident through her body goals and how fit she is.
However what most people don’t know is that Akothee is suffering from a serious longterm medical condition, and this medical condition has been making her got admitted in hospital several times.
Last year 2022 Akothee got admitted in at Premier hospital hospital in Mombasa County two times in one month. Her condition was very serious and she could not even walk. She was on a restricted diet, and even told not to take alcohol for a certain period of time, and even told not to have sex for a certain period.
Akothee is suffering from a pinched nerve. This
occurs when too much pressure is applied to a nerve by surrounding tissues, such as bones, cartilage, muscles or tendons. This pressure can cause pain, tingling, numbness or weakness. It is a long-term condition and it can occur in many years throughout your body.
Despite doing regular exercises which is one of the preventive measures of the condition, or it slows down the pain, Akothee is still feeling pain though not regularly.

It is not a deadly condition, it is treatable with time, but if you don’t adhere to medical conditions it can get worse and make you completely paralysed. But currently Akothee is stable healthy and battling very well with the condition, we hope it will disappear with time.
