The blame is on the county government but the truth is that there is a heavy rainfall and this outdid the plans of Sakaja and his team, the city is flooding and most businesses and netizens have been greatly affected.
In Kiambu County, Githurai estate is among the most affected areas. In a viral video, a couple is spotted sleeping on top of the iron sheets due to floods. The waters are past the heights and the only safe place is on top of the houses.

This is a natural calamity, but the government can develop better drainage systems to control the waters or else we will continue to experience this every time it rains.
