Ugandan Surprised After Finding Out That Beef Is More Expensive Than Chicken In Kenya.
A ugandan man who is touring Kenya, and has been exploring the country as he gets to know about the culture of Kenyans, says that he is very surprised to find out that beef is more expensive than chicken meat in Kenya.
The young man said that he happened to go at a certain butchery in Nairobi, and he asked for meat prices. The butchery man told him that 1kg of beef is Ksh.800 and 1 Kg of chicken meat is Ksh.500.
He was shocked, he looked around and non of the customers were shocked. Meaning that was a normal thing in Kenya.
The young man said that in Uganda things are very different, chicken is very expensive than beef, he said that this is the first time in his life to prefer buying chicken than beef.
