Comedian Sammy Kioko has exposed the director of procurement for Machakos County, who is incharge of paying all the county deals. According to Sammy Kioko, the director insulted him when he went to plead for the payment of Ksh.19 Million that the county owes him. The director literally demanded to be worshipped so that he can pay thr money.

Sammy Kioko made it clear that the company that was awarded the tender was his sisters company, and they collaborated together and funded the entire project. They took huge loans to fund and make sure all the materials were delivered at appropriate time.

However when they went to plead for payment, the director of procurement for Machakos County has been very mean at them. He confirmed it is true that the company hasn’t been paid for 2 years now, but he promised not to pay them because they are turnishing the governors name. Kioko exposed everything the director has been telling them.

He even told them if they go to court, the case will take about 10 years for them to be paid, so they have to worship him, for them to get paid.
