Siasa na Kivuli cha Kushindwa: How My Political Dreams Were Revived
I am Daniel from Eldoret, and politics was my lifelong dream. Inspired by leaders like William Ruto, I believed I was destined to serve my community. But during local elections, everything collapsed. My campaign team betrayed me, funds disappeared, and rumors spread that I had misused donations. I lost by a humiliating margin.
Depression swallowed me whole. Supporters avoided me. My phone stopped ringing. I felt cursed and publicly disgraced. An elder suggested I consult a doctor to cleanse the negative energy surrounding my life and leadership ambitions.
Through spiritual guidance and emotional restoration, I regained confidence. I reconciled with former supporters and rebuilt trust slowly. Two years later, I ran again—this time with unity and clarity. Though challenges remained, my community saw my sincerity.
Healing didn’t just restore my political journey; it restored my dignity.
