The EAA awards that were held in Nairobi , Kenya has left many people shocked and others amazed after their favourite artists were declared winners of several coveted awards in the nation and entire East Africa.

Rayvanny was among the musicians that secured many coveted awards. However in Kenya, Octopizzo secured two awards, one was for the best hip-hop artist of the year and the second one was for his foundation.
The Octopizzo foundation was given a boost with award of the best foundation in East Africa. The foundation is mainly to nature the upcoming rappers and also help them to record and release new hitsongs.
