After a nasty breakup with Ruth K, Mulamwah demanded her to return the teeth he paid for her, he even shared the throwback photo of toothless Ruth K. Ruth’s dental formula was streamlined by Mulamwah, and he wanted her to return the teeth back.

The post went viral and people started trolling Ruth K and telling her to return the teeth. She decided to do a video removing the teeth with a pliers. It was a real video and not content. She gave the teeth to a motorbike rider, instructed him to deliver to Mulamwah. She went on and got another new teeth.

In his latest video on YouTube, Mulamwah has confirmed publicly that he received the teeth, but it was only one tooth, despite him helping her to get like 3 teeth, so two are missing. He said the motorbike rider arrived at night and delivered it safely.
