Edgar Obare was slapped by a Ksh.6 Million fine, after the court found him guilty of defamation. He was ordered to pay Bernice Nunah, Ksh 6 Million for defaming her.

Edgar who is a very controversial blogger had no option but to agree with the ruling, and now he has started a special fundraising session, on his social media pages.

Obare who is known to be a tea master has urged Kenyans to help him raise Ksh.6 Million, so that he can pay Bernice her money and avoid being jailed or the fine being revised and increased again.

This is not the first time Edgar is being cornered by the courts for defamation, he is always controversial, and it is said that most times he do share information on his social media pages, without confirmation.
