Ni Uchungu: Wife To Man Who Was Pushed By Supermetro Conductor Gets Emotional As She Burry Him

Gilbert Thuku Kimani lost his life in a very tragic incident, the Supermetro conductor decided to push him out of a moving vehicle.

The reason he was pushed, was because he was unable to pay ksh.30, the fare was ksh.80 and he had only ksh.50, hence the conductor saw it was wise to push him out of a moving vehicle.

He was laid to rest on 19th March 2025. It was a very emotional burial, his wife couldn’t hold her tears, as she bids farewell to her husband. The man who has been providing for the entire family.

The wife is jobless, and she was a house wife, taking care of their two children. Thuku used to show up home every weekend, because he used to work at a Mjengo site from Monday to Friday.

They had two children together, now they are orphans , because of only Ksh.30. It was a very painful death, and we hope God will give the family strength to heal, and try to move on, though they will never forget. May the soul of Gilbert Thuku Kimani rest in peace.
