Apparently, corrupt politicians can give away millions, in churches, even when the proceeds are suspicious, but when a regular guy does it, they risk being disowned and disbanded. Money is just money right?? Does it smell different when it comes from betting?? Is it useless?? Does it depreciate in value just because one obtained it by placing a carefully selected Bet slip, win and pack it in a bag??
A morning incident in Kiambu left the congregation in stitches when a young fella, named Joseph Muema, wanted to give the customary 10% tithe from his betting proceeds, in the Millions. Joseph handed over the bag to the usher collecting envelopes and told her that he won’t be staying. When she opened it and saw the brand-new notes, she freaked out. Her first assessment was; Joseph has just given her Illuminati money. She dropped the bag and ran to the podium to report the incident to the Pastor, who was rather busy speaking in tongues.
Joseph was quickly bundled out of the church, reason being, the source of his money is not approved by the strict draconian Christian laws. Still, many salivated at the huge sum, in the region of 2.6 Million. Worse, many also wanted to follow suit and start betting like him in the hope that they too will one day become as rich as Joseph.
