Samuel Abisai was the first Kenyan to win the Sportpesa jackpot, Abisai won Ksh.221 Million, and from then his life changed completely.

Speaking in an interview at Iko nini podcast with Mwafreeka, Abisai decided to be open, and said that after winning the money, he had alot of pressure. Everyone wanted him to give them something, suddenly he realised that he doesn’t have friends, they all started calling him out, and true friendship just faded away, because friends and cousins wanted him to give them money.

Abisai said the money came along with fame, he wasn’t happy, because of fame and pressure. He realised that its true that money can’t buy happiness. Abisai said that despite having Ksh.221 Million, getting true friends was difficult, because everyone just pretended to be his friend because he is a millionaire.
