Meet Nasibo Kabale, Former NTV Journalist With Monthly Salary of 100K Now Living In Kibera Streets.

Nasibo Kabale was one of the most famous and well known professional journalist in Kenya. She was in the field of health and she was among the senior health reporters at Nation Media Group, and even during the Covid 19 period, former Cs Mutahi Kagwe used to mention her name several times.

However things went left, and with a blink of an eye, she lost everything and ended up in the streets.

During the Covid period, it reached a point whereby media houses were not making profits, so they had to fire some workers and unfortunately Nasibo was among the journalists that were fired by NTV.

That time she was living in Kilimani with her daughter. Life was good but after loosing her job, depression kicked in and mental illness took over. She was broke and she had no option but to move to the streets.

For her daughter, her dad who is also a famous journalist, took her, and left Nasibo in the streets. She has been living in the streets of Kibera for the past 3 years and things are very tough.

Nasibo is now a garbage collector and remember she is a degree holder and one of the best health writers in Kenya. She is currently seeking for help from well wishers, she is ready to go for therapy and return to her normal life.
