There has been a confusion online, and mixed reactions from Kenyans, this is after a snippet of a video of what happened at Liz Kamene’s burial surfaced online.

Liz is the beautiful Tiktoker who was hit by a car at outering road, while chasing the thief who had stolen her phone. She died on the spot.

During her burial, in a viral video, friends and family are spotted singing celebrations songs. Maybe it is their cultural way of celebrating the death. This was contrary to what people expected. Netizens expected that since she was a young lady, emotions will be high, and the funeral will be just an emotional funeral.

However in the video, people are spotted singing celebrations songs as they cheer and dance.

” Woi woi shangwee na nderemo, aliubeba msalaba akaelekea Golgotha” That was one of the songs they were dancing to. This hasn’t sat well in the eyes of many Kenyans.
