Ksh.150 Million Proposed For DCI To Procure & Run A System To Track Kenyans On Social Media.

The Kenyan parliament has now proposed that Ksh.150 Million should be set aside in the new budget, given to the DCI, so that they can buy a system that will help them track and arrest Kenyans who post any false information online, especially about the government.

Information from reliable sources have revealed that the DCI department wants to acquire an Optimus 3.0 system. This will be very essential in helping them track kenyans on social media. The government has fear and wants to regulate social media using force, hence very soon anyone who posts false or negative information about them, they might be at risk of being arrested.

Here are the screenshots of the full information on Instagram.

Kenyans feel that this is a misplaced priority, the government should just work for Kenyans, then nobody will criticize them, they are focused on intimidating Kenyans, arresting them and even killing them, instead of just working for them.

Here is the link to the full information on Instagram.
