Bahati Reveals Why Victor Wanyama Took Him To Court
One of the most famous former gospel musician who turned into a secular artist and a content creator, Kevin Kioko Bahati, has finally decided to open up on how he was almost jailed, after former Harambee stars captain, Victor Wanyama sued him in the court of law.
This happened sometimes in 2024, Bahati decided to clout chase with a photo of Wanyama and Diana Marua. He went on to compare Wanyama and Morgan Bahati, hence trying to tell his followers that Wanyama might be the father of Morgan.
This is something that angered Victor Wanyama, he tried to reach out at Bahati, but Bahati didn’t see his messages. He was later served a letter by his lawyer. Wanyama had sued him for defamation.
That was a very serious case, that could have forced him to pay a huge fine or attract upto a 10 years jail term. He went at Kibera law courts, where after the case was mentioned, they agreed to solve the case amicably. Bahati had to do a public apology. He went on and did the apology and Wanyama forgave him.
