Omanyala is into a Multimillion real estate business. The business is worth about ksh.256 Million. This apartment has several shareholders and it is developed by Ask Homes. Hence Omanyala is among the shareholders. It will be the new skyline in Rongai.

    About the apartment in Rongai.

    The apartment will be completed in a few months. It will be an 8floors building ,with 128 Units. Each unit will be costing ksh.2 Million. When it comes to renting, the rent will be ksh.20,000 for one bedroom.
    It is more of an Air and bnb like business. Ferdinand Omanyala said that it has been one of his dreams.
