There has been a video going viral online, and it was a disturt video of a Chinese employer, who was assaulting a Kenyan worker, in one of the iron sheets manufacturing companies in Kenya.

The employer was literally humiliating the worker by insults and even threatening to beat him with blunt objects. It was indeed a very sad scene and Kenyans online condemned it.

Despite the worker forgiving the employer, the government and the Chinese embassy have condemned the action of the employer and he is now set to be deported.

Cotu secretary general, Francis Atwoli was forced to intervene, and he demanded the employer must be arrested and deported immediately.

This is a very wise move from the government, every worker must be respected and treated with dignity, such a scene is supposed to be a serious offence that is worth deportation.
