“Bwanangu Hawezi Ongea Nikimpea” Kenyan Lady Opens Up What She Did to Her Husband Never to Mistreat Her Again

My name is Salome. For many years, I suffered quietly in my marriage. I loved my husband, but he did not treat me well. I was always alone, always struggling, while he spent his time and money on someone else.

“My husband has been working in the army. He gets his salary, but I never knew how much. All I knew is that he sends only a small part of it — sometimes 3,000 shillings — for shopping, school, and our home. The rest? Some months, he would come home only once. Other days, he was busy with his side woman. “As other women wore nice clothes, made their hair, and enjoyed their husband’s salary, mine was tears. Every day I felt lonely, worthless, and depressed.”

I tried to endure quietly, but the pain was too much. I felt trapped, and my heart was breaking. I did not know where to turn. One day, a neighbor came to me. She could see my suffering.

“She said to me, ‘Salome, I was in your situation. My husband treated me badly. I called a well known traditional healer and my problems ended. Now, my husband brings his salary home, and we plan together before he spends anything. You can do the same.’”Continue reading the story from the title… Click here.
