Ama Ni Ya Kutengenezea Mtura? Mosiria Nabs A Man Carrying A Dead Cat In Nairobi CBD

Nairobi Chief Officer for Environment, Geoffrey Mosiria caused stir online again. This is after he shared a video on his official social media pages.

It was a video where he nabbed a man in Nairobi CBD carrying a dead cat. This incident happened at night when they were doing their daily cleanup supervision.

A crowd gathered and they indeed confirmed that the man was carrying a dead cat, they alleged that the cats are the ones used as spices by the Mtura vendors. Inside sources have revealed that a number of Mtura vendors are prone of using cat meat when preparing the delicacy.
